I appealed my case on my own after I was told by many Appeals lawyers that an Appeal would be at least $5,000 and maybe more. My traffic ticket fee was only $280 but to me it... came down to right and wrong. I was treated so wrongly that I had to fight back. I had to hire a new civil Lawyer for my Supreme Ct Case so I couldn't afford to pay an Appeals Lawyer $5,000 or more. I hired Ed to represent me for a dui, it was my second one in 9 years. Since it was under 10 years it became a felony. I am a disabled veteran and I am on pain medicine, I put a couple of days of meds in 1 bottle because of convince, I was on no alcohol.
