I am a frequent speaker on a variety of estate planning topics, regularly presenting educational seminars for the public as well as charitable organizations, employers, associations, special interest groups, support groups, and financial advisors in our community. I always do my best to try and reduce complex legal principles into understandable concepts.

 

I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to be of service to so many families.  I really do enjoy making a difference in the lives of people I work with.  While protecting financial assets is often why someone often seeks my help, strengthening and maintaining family unity is my primary goal and probably the number one reason why clients refer their friends and family to my office.

 

I think it is important to make the most of every day and always find a way to laugh even when times are difficult.

Great Experience
Everyone at the law firm are very personable and always made us feel very comfortable. Len went to the seminar and felt at ease speaking with Mark about our estate planning. A Pleasant Experience Involving an Unpleasant Subject
My experience with Mark has been completely satisfactory. I have learned that he is extremely knowledgeable about his field and is willing to share information and keep his clients up to date with changing laws. I have recommended several friends, each of whom has been satisfied and thankful for his assistance. This gives me a sense of gratitude that my friends have received proper help. Mark is very thorough in his examination of documents. In cases where existing documents have been taken to him for review, errors have been discovered and corrected. This has been very comforting and enlightening. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who needs to sart or complete Estate Planning.
