I had the pleasure of consulting with Ms Otto and a case re: my 15year old nephew. For starters she replied to my request very quickly. She was able to asses the situation and provide the necessary steps to take to make an unfortunate situation a much easier process to deal with. My sister was able t...o obtain a legal aide attorney due to her income and the information provided by Ms Otto was relayed to her. With this information (the legal aide attorney wasn't aware of) changed her course of action and my nephew receives a much lighter sentence as a juvenile.
