Happy person

Ms Persaud was a blessing. She was able to successfully win my case for disability. I am a registered nurse who is now unable to work. Her staff is willing to go the extra mile.

Great lawyer…won my case

Working with Sharmine and her office was a great experience, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. I hired her to represent me in my social security disability case, she explained each step of process to me and was there for questions every step of the way. Her office was great with communication b...y phone text and email and all questions and concerns were answered promptly. Everyone in the office was great especially Erika. My case was won!!! I highly recommend Sharmine and her office it was a pleasure to work with them

Workers Compensation Client

My decision to work with Sharmine Persaud was certainly a great decision. She is top in her field and was extremely educated in every area of my workers compensation case . I was felt she guided me from beginning til the closing of my case .The process is at times uneasy but she always made me... feel that I was in great hands with her firm . My compensation was taken care of and I ended up settling and receiving monetary help as well as medical settlement to receive care for many years to come. I am forever grateful for all she did to prepare each and every time so there was never any doubt we went in fully prepared . Great Lawyer

In early 2012 I was in a car accident were I was hit from the rear by a truck, I became disable and incapacitated. After a long and painful rehabilitation I was told I needed surgery. In 2013 I was informed that there was a small chance that the operation would work out for me where I could ret...urn to full time gainful employment. Although the procedure was considered a success it change my life forever. I was never going to be able to resume my normal life again, this was very disheartening, I was still young and not ready to be disabled. Around mid-2014 my attorney handling the accident recommended Ms. Persaud for help with the disability application and process, he assured me that she was good in her field of expertise. Well that was an understatement, Ms. Persaud from day one of our first consultation was very thorough and reassuring, although I had my reservation about the disability process Ms. Persaud put my mind at easy so I can work on my recovery. Ms. Persaud was on point every step of the way, when I had questions she never failed or hesitated to return my calls. For 4 difficult years she was on top of every correspondence, even when I was denied she was very confident that we would be successful in court. In my opinion Ms. Persaud handle my case well above and beyond what was necessary, not only because she was successful on appeal but due to her taking what I believe was a personal touch that you don’t find in a lot of people and professions today.
