I consulted with Robert and he took the time to review my case before making a decision whether or not to take my case. He was earnest, sincere, and genuinely concerned. I retained Robert Pollack for my divorce on advice from my friend who is a real estate lawyer. From the beginning I could tell I made the right choice. Rob is an amazing guy. He is well read, articulate and knows not only law inside and out but other things that I see help him understand who you are... as a person and not just another client. He worked very hard on my case and my husband's lawyer pretty much did nothing. Even my husband complained to me about his lawyer. But even though my husband and his lawyer were dragging their feet, Rob kept pushing and developing settlement models and giving them to my husband's attorney. Finally, when the agreed to come to Rob's office and sit down with us for a settlement conference, within that 2 hour meeting, the case was pretty much settled, and quite favorably for me. Another thing I liked about him and his firm is how accessible they are and that they respond to calls and emails very fast. The guy is in his office at 5:30 in the morning! He is just unique and a really terrific divorce lawyer.

I should have listened to two friends whose wifes each used Mr. Pollack for their divorce. My friends did NOT reccomend THEIR lawyers! They each recommended Mr. Pollack who represented their wifes! Ok, well that was a strong recommendation, but I stupidly did not listen and found my own attorney who... turned out to be a real disappointment. So then I fired my lawyer and got a consult with Mr. P. He was supposed to meet for 30 mins and it turned into two hours and he was totally happy to do this for me. He looked at my file from beginning to end and informed me about things that my old attorney never told me. When the meeting ended I was very impressed, felt totally different about my case (meaning optimistic) and trusted him completely. I asked him to have is secretary draft a retainer and I hired his firm. Best decision I made! Mr. P. rocks! Got into the case in a matter of two days and totally changed the game. I got a very good settlement because of him and he got the case finished in just a few months. Listen to me please..... if you want the best, call Mr. P.
