Responsive, incredible service, worth every penny!

I hired Susan Veltry to handle a traffic matter in Liberty Town Court and was very pleased with the result. I was facing a five-point electronic device violation, which was a real concern for me since I live in Ontario and the points would have shown up on my insurance record. Susan got it reduced to... a zero-point parking violation. From our first conversation she was clear about how the process would work and what to expect at each step. She appeared on my behalf so I never had to travel back for court, her fee was reasonable, and she was responsive throughout. She followed up right after the pre-trial conference with the outcome and the next steps. I’d recommend her to anyone dealing with a traffic ticket in the area!!

Amazing!

Great communicator, very prompt, very understanding, very nice. I got 12 tickets for what really were pretty bogus. She made it seamless. She had to show up in court for me because it as a company vehicle. She did great. Tickets dismissed! Fee very reasonable. Highly recommend use nobody else!!...!!

Great outcome for Traffic Violation

Sue Veltry of Veltry Law, PC handled a confusing Suffolk County traffic violation for me quickly and easefully--even though I missed the "respond by" date by almost two (2) months, the case showed up as "expired" in the system, I have a non-NY license, and I live outside of NY. Sue got my entire tra...ffic violation dismissed---no points, no ticket, nothing added to my driving abstract, no fees or fines to pay to the court, and I didn't have to show up to the court!! I just explained my situation to Sue, sent a picture of my ticket to her, and provided my payment details for her very reasonable legal fee via telephone. Sue emailed a copy of the dismissal letter to me on the same day she appeared in court and provided me with the receipt and payment authorization details for her legal fee via email and everything was done! I am so happy with this outcome and process and I highly recommend Veltry Law to assist you with any traffic ticket issues that you may have. Sue Veltry and her team (shout out to Chris, too) made a frustrating and unfortunate situation smooth and achieved a fantastic result for me.

Just a 15 min call, to resolve speeding ticket

She was able to reduce a 6 point speeding ticket, into a 0 point parking ticket, and reducingthe fine to a $100 fee. It took just a 15 min phone call to resolve. Excellent communication through out entire process. Highly recommend her practice!!!

She is truly incredible, my results are back now and I want to cry with joy. I met Susan while I was desperately trying to figure out what to do after getting a Traffic Ticket.
