10/10 would recommend

Susan helped me reduce a pair of speeding tickets to prevent receiving points on my license. She was professional, responsive, and did a great job representing me. She was upfront about what she believed expectations were for the outcome (she wasn't sure she'd be able to get all of the points reduced... due to the nature of the two tickets) and was able to exceed those expectations by having all points reduced to just a fine. I appreciated her candidness and think she did a great job!
