Ian was my third attorney and I cannot thank him enough. He is true professional, extremely knowledgeable, and always available when needed. Every thing he told me he would do, he did. Mr. Mednick has represented me for the last ten years in Court. He represented me in my divorce where after a long drawn out trial I was awarded custody of my girls. He was very informative. He didn't give me the answer I wanted to hear, he told me the truth flat out but also told me the things I and my family members would have to do to have the outcome of my current situation go the way I would like it to. I don't believe the phone call and advice was worth alm...ost $40, it was maybe $20 worth of advice but none the less I paid it and got what I asked for I suppose.

I think the attorney who called was knowledgeable and answered all my questions well. However I am not happy that he was from Suffolk County. That's over an hour away from me. If I were considering hiring him his travel fees alone would $1000 for each court appearance. I consider that ridiculous. I... would want to be contacted by an attorney within a 5 mile radius or less of where I live - NYC. I feel it's a waste of time and money to connect me with an attorney whose geographical location makes it unfeasible for me to hire him or her. I'm not just looking for an attorney to answer a question I'm also interviewing someone whom I may consider hiring if I like what they have to say. Additionally if I use the service again I'd like to have the option that I NOT be contacted by someone I've already spoken to or only be contacted by new people. I realize I can't choose who will contact me initially, but I would like to be able to choose whether I want be contacted by someone I've already paid to speak to or not.
