Before I express my appreciation for Michael Alber I was upset to see the last review that I read but then realized that this business is like any other and there are always jealous people in any business. If you cannot tell that was the verbiage of an industry competitor then you probably have not ...been to a law firm yet. Michael Alber has represented me in many different cases including child support, custody, and criminal allegations. I own an extremely successful business and he has protected me and been there for me every single time. I had mentioned to him on many occasions that I was very impressed and it meant a lot to me how he always returns my calls and if he couldn't he would text me. I thank him repeatedly explaining how I know he does this for a living and how he must hear this everyday but he still listened to all my concerns with the complete open ear. Even though Michael could have probably handled everything because he heard it a million times and because he's proven himself by winning every case- may I add never lost any of my cases- he always was extremely respectful and patient when listening to my situation and how much it bothered me. Sometimes I felt like I also got a two for one deal because I felt like I also had a friend and a top lawyer. This man fights tooth and nail for me and I'm sure he does the same for each of his other customers. He is very well known in the court system and he is worth every dime in fact when it's all said and done you might want to tip him that's how good he is. Mr. Alber after hiring him to work for me in my opinion is the worst lawyer you could possibly hire. I hired him for a criminal amd civil manner and he failed on both suits. He gains my trust by being there in the beginning but once he had my money he brought in less experienced lawers who I had neve...r worked with prior and to work on my case to maximize his profits at my detriment. There are facts not opinion. I've had him meet with family members and witnesses who all came to the same conclusion. In one of my court appearances....after taking another 10K to appear he sent an associate to represent me while I 2as incarcerated. You can imagine how this proceeding went! Like a joke! Do yourself a favor hire a lawyer who cares more about his clients rights than taking their hard earned money.
