Foreclosure/ Bankruptcy

I had missed a court date that Adam had scheduled for me, and had not contacted him till this week. Thinking that I lost my case Mr. Gomerman assured me that these things happen without any blame or judgement of me. He is now working on my situation, and I have complete trust that he can and will he...lp me in my case.

Truly appreciate all the hard work you put into my modification. I am relived that I can now stay in my home. I did read another reviews comments on your administrator Christine. I must say I disagree. My modification took almost a year and I always got calls when additional data was required and whe...n I called for an update I always got a current status after she could pull my file. You both treated my husband and I with respect. Thanks for making 2017 a better year.

CH 7 Bankruptcy

Adam made sure I understood what was to take place with my debts and how to handle the court appearance. The entire process went smooth, and was less hassle then I thought it would be. All was explained in detail, and any questions I had were answered promptly. I had a difficult case since my bank...ruptcy stemmed from a failed partnership in a business. I had some personal issues as well. Since there were many accounts listed, I thought the court would give us a hard time in clearing away the debt and granting a fresh start. Adam put together a great case, since the court appearance went so smoothly. It has been some time since my discharge, and I'm back on my feet doing very well. Hats off to Adam and his expertise in this area.
