Mary proved to be invaluable to in helping my mother apply for Medicaid and complete the estate planning process (will, deed, healthcare proxy, power of attorney). She patiently worked with us over several months to make sure we had all the necessary documents in place and prepare us for what to expect throughout the Medicaid application process. She is extremely knowledgeable on federal, state and county level Elder law.

Mary was a huge help to me when it came to advising me and my husband, who was very sick at the time, informing us what our options where when it came to long term health care. She explained all of our options in detail, and was very thorough. Unfortunately, he passed away before we could put anything she told us about to use. She was very knowledgeable when it came to trusts and estate planning But I did hire her as my real estate attorney and my lawyer when it came to probating his will.

Mary LaManna Ulrich took ample time explaining the need and process necessary in all aspects of my advanced planning. I was nervous about doing my documents, but her caring attitude put me at ease. She is warm hearted and professional, a great combination, with excellent fees.
