We are having trouble collecting from a client that owes us for multiple unpaid invoices. Since our company operates in California and our client operates in New York, we called Mr Weinreb to learn about the arbitration procedures in New York. He provided us very helpful information for starting the arbitration process, saving us precious time that can't be wasted. Thanks again.

Elan Weinreb has the analytical mind and precision of a Talmudic titan on steroids. Over the past five or six years I have consulted with Elan about legal matters ranging from real estate to employer/ employee contractual issues, career inquiries about the legal profession, traffic violations, private family business/tax questions and for out of state specialist lawyer referrals. During each of these consultations I have been blown away by Weinreb's encyclopedic wealth of technical legal knowledge and his ability to propose clear and clever solutions on the spot.
My family and I recently hired Elan Weinreb to assist us with an urgent international travelers medical insurance matter involving my critically ill father-in-law who was hospitalized while visiting from Israel. It was close to 10pm when I was able to present the necessary in Hebrew language documentation to Elan. He studied the foreign fine print carefully and noted the very imminent expiration date on the document. Looking up from his desk Elan said that "we're going to the hospital NOW!" Despite my limited understanding-based protests, we bolted and sped to the critical care unit of the nearby Mercy Medical Center where my father-in-law was languishing. I later came to realize that had Elan Weinreb not taken the timely, bold and brilliant action that he did on that late night, our family might well have been hit with a half million dollar medical bill that the travellers insurance company could have refused to cover.
Straight as an arrow and sharp as a tack...Elan's an attorney who'll have your back!

Elan recently helped us in a contract dispute (litigation) matter, and we are very pleased to offer him our highest praise and recommendation. He was highly responsive throughout the case - answering our questions and keeping us updated via email, text and phone. Elan’s knowledge of the law was extensive, detailed, and his legal conclusions were always well-researched. He was detail-oriented, highly organized, and prepared above and beyond what was asked of him.
While Elan’s legal skills and knowledge are exceptional, it is his warm personality and “soft skills” that make him stand out as one of the best we’ve ever worked with. His constant assurances throughout the process did help alleviate what is almost always a stressful situation. Should we (or anyone we know) ever require help in a litigation matter, Elan is definitely going to be the person we call.
Paul Kampfer, Litigation Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I strongly recommend the legal services of Elan Weinreb and The Weinreb Law Firm, PLLC. Elan served as co-counsel on an administrative appeal for one of our Long Term Disability clients. He was very easy to work with, always responded to e-mails or phone calls expeditiously, paid close attention to detail, and went out of his way to help our mutual client. Elan’s assistance in working with our client to prepare important documents; helping to obtain medical records to support our client’s disability; and dealing with, often uncooperative, doctors’ offices proved invaluable. With his assistance, we were able to obtain a quick and successful outcome for our client.
Andrea Reinhard, Estate planning Attorney
Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
I strongly endorse Elan Weinreb, Esq. as a litigation attorney. He is a friend and fellow attorney in the neighborhood. I have had the opportunity to discuss a myriad of legal issues with him and have found him to be patient and understanding. Mr. Weinreb’s legal advice was both insightful and extremely knowledgeable. Consequently, I have referred a number of cases to him knowing that he will give the potential client excellent legal representation. Not only is Mr. Weinreb a brilliant attorney and an invaluable asset to the litigation field, he is also a pillar of our community. I expect Mr. Weinreb to provide many more years of stellar legal representation to his clients.
