David H. Kaplan is the managing partner of the law firm , Kaplan & Kaplan, Esqs., PLLC, which was established in 1952, specializing in Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Taxation and Business Succession Planning.
David H. Kaplan is a recognized expert in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Taxation. He graduated Cum Laude from New York University in 1974 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. In 1977, David earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School with an emphasis in trusts and estates and tax law. Following law school, David received a Masters in Taxation from Long Island University, C.W. Post College in 1982.
David was admitted to the New York Bar in 1978 and was also admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 1981.
