Brian Haran and his actions are a dictionary definition of incompetence. Prior to dealing with him, I have never had a reason to deal with a lawyer, so my option/review stated here is completely unbiased.
I was a victim of a motorcycle accident and had reached out to the office where Mr. Haran wo...rks (or so it seemed). Unfortunately, I was assigned him as my representative. At that time, I had no reason to suspect his complete inability to conduct himself professionally in a relation to a client. After being charged a consultation fee, Mr. Haran assured me heβd conduct his research on the case I intended to take to court. After a month or so, he stated (via e-mail after being prompted) that he was still researching it. Being a patient person, I waited. After two more weeks, I made an attempt to contact him (via e-mail) to follow-up β no answer. After one more week, another attempt was made to get in touch with him (via phone) β again, nothing β I left a message and another e-mail was sent. To this day he has not responded. Mr. Haran has wasted my time and money. I would understand if he was not interested in taking the case, as long as he would let me know. But apparently a little professional courtesy toward a client it too much to ask.
From the very bottom of my heart, I would NOT recommend this completely incompetent and unprofessional individual to anybody who is looking for an actual legal advice and counseling.

This review is completely baseless and false. I have no memory of this interaction. We never charge a consultation fee and I always return phone calls. Tommy, if you wish to contact me, please call me at 516-248-7844 to discuss this.
