One insurance company kept switching admini...strators, and using the excuse that "we changed administrators" and "not being able to read my doctors' handwriting" in constantly delaying approval. A second company made error after error with my name, address, incorrect doctors, and worst of all, setting up a bank account with numbers that were not mine. The second company also requested the same information many times to delay approval, and this was after my paying premiums for 40+ years.
