A master class in P.I. lawyering
Josh Kahn was born to be a lawyer. He fought to the bone for me and all my interests. He was crystal clear in explaining the law and the insurance details of a complicated 3-party accident involving a ride-sharing app. After being in a crash that destroyed my car and put me in the ER for six hours, I needed a friend. Someone that knew how to listen and then help me set priorities. Josh was good at that too. Josh and his partners are ex-prosecutors, meaning hard negotiators and experienced trial lawyers. I got the strong sense that the insurance companies and other law firms involved knew this, and were rightly intimidated. And the proof - the settlement was double the estimate I got from the other lawyers I talked to before hiring Josh Kahn. Above all else, Josh is someone with enormous integrity, a real Mensch - 5 stars all the way.

Lawyer review
My lawyer acquired all pertinent needed from me to successfully bring the case to an end. The insurance was the "foot dragger" in my case and then brought up a time limit for the case while not responding to my lawyer when pertinent questions were posed to move the case along.

Great experience; excellent attorney
Josh turned a truly awful experience into a hugely positive one for me and my family. Josh handled my personal injury case with professionalism, a depth of knowledge, confidence, and a fighter mentality. We always felt we were in good hands and knew that Josh was on it throughout the entire ordeal - he was very transparent and communicative throughout. Highly Recommend
Josh was a great attorney. Starting with the consultation I knew he was going to do everything possible to get the best outcome. He always checked in with me after each doctors’ appointment to see how it went and to see how I was feeling. Josh was always available and easily able to contact. He made sure to update me on my case each step of the way and ask for my opinions and explain things when I didn’t understand them. I would definitely recommend him as a lawyer.

Excellent service provided for a reasonable price
I'd like to repeat it: excellent service provided for a reasonable price. Josh was very informed, knew what he was doing, and got the job done. There were no surprises, and enjoyed chatting with him during the down time. He is very personable and intelligent. I'd definitely use him again if the need arises.

Professional, excellent experience

I accepted a plea bargain based on this "experienced" attorney's counsel. It was defective. I am now 18 months into the process of cleaning up his mistakes. Now pursuing malpractice claim against him, his partner and his firm.
