Mr. Martin represented me from June 2008 through January 2011. He was exactly the right fit for my needs. He kept me calm in crisis. I always felt like I could rely on his counsel and knew he had my best interest and the interest of my children at heart. My sister-in-law had retained Mr. Martin in he...r Queens County divorce years earlier. I used his services in Nassau County. He is well known in both jurisdictions and appeared to be respected by all judges we went before (quite a few over 3 years). My divorce involved cases in many courts, not just matrimonial, Mr. Martin had my back through it all.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Martin. He took over my divorce case from two (in my opinion) incompetent attorneys and was able to get it done even with a mostly unresponsive adversary. He said he would do his best and he delivered. My situation and that of my children is so much better ...thanks to his knowledge, his willingness to respond assertively to the other attorney, and his quick responses to my inquiries. Absolutely worth the price (I don't think it was a high price either.... hard to tell after the first two attorneys did nothing for a little less money.
