Howard helped my sister and me handle my elderly parents affairs just before (and then after) they passed on. My sister and I lived out of state and we first interviewed him over the phone. He then went to my parents home and met with them and reviewed their situation. He made suggestions which we followed. He never tried to generate additional work; e.g. my parents will was over 20 years old, he reviewed it and said it was still sound and OK. He referred us to a health care advocate and a real estate broker who were also first rate. After my parents passed on, he handled the estate affairs and the sale of their home. He was always straightforward and honest with us; it was like having an uncle who was also an elder care attorney. I often hear denigrating remarks about lawyers but there are times in life when you need one. Mr. Angione was incredibly helpful to us and we consider ourselves very fortunate that we found him.
