Initially I consulted with Shafi over a question I needed answered, I assumed he would briefly answer it but he took the time to hear all the details and broke down everything to me much more than anyone else had. Ive consulted him many times regarding different situations and even if my question was... not his specialty he always took the time to research it and lead me to the best directions possible.
