Ray Beckerman

About me

We practice law in New York City, but consider ourselves old fashioned lawyers, who think about the client first. The most important part of our job is listening to what a client has to say, and giving good advice. Lawyers representing high tech companies in the 21st century can adhere to old fashioned values, and that's what we are about. We work hard to find practical solutions, and to do it with integrity.

Our practice includes: commercial litigation, arbitration, negotiation, advice, business formation, business,
entertainment, corporate, copyright, trademark, internet, libel,
slander, privacy, publicity, First Amendment, air and ocean freight and
logistics, and commercial judgment enforcement.
