The process is overwhelming and confusing, I can’t imagine having gotten through it without Marilyn’s help. Ultimately, Marilyn was able to complete everything perfectly and the process was completed without any delays. Once submitted, the K-1 process took about 5 months (which is, to my understanding, exceptionally fast). Marilyn is the BEST! She won my mother's case, after taking over the case only one month prior to the trial! We were at a different law firm named Musa-Obregon, where the service was terrible, no return calls and at each hearing a new attorney would show up.
