When others said no, Nick said yes

I had an unusual case. I had a house that I could not get rid of due to my crazy ex wife and a bank that dragged it's feet every step of the way. But Nick and his staff helped me get rid of that house and I can now breathe easy and move on with my life. Yes, it cost money, but quality always does....

Calm Before the Storm

Hiring an attorney is like going to the dentist: You don't want to go, but it's necessary. I had a problem with my tenant and when I first called Mr. Moccia, he was was very calm on the phone. He presented his experience and told me very calmly that I was looking at a long and possibly difficult chal...lenge ahead. He didn't sound like a salesman or guarantee victory, just a straightforward talk. That's something I appreciate.

Recommedation

I was unable to get help from the Board of Directors because the sponsor and his management company was controlling the building. I had nobody to voice my concerns and issues too, until I hired Nicholas M. Moocia a Landlord & Tenant Cooperation expert. Mr. Moccia certainly got the attention of the Bo...ard of Directors, Sponsor, and Management Company when they were served to appear in court. I walked out of court victorious because the Judged realized the neglect from the Co-op Board and Management Company. The sponsor could not accept defeat so he brought the case to the Appellate Division First Department and he still lost. I would recommend Nicholas M. Moccia to anyone seeking assistance dealing with deadbeat Board of Directors, Management Company, and a slumlord sponsor. -Donna

Highly Recommended

I am happy to have an attorney like Nicholas M. Moccia who is an expert in Landlord & Tenant Cooperation cases. Mr. Moccia made me won my case against the Co-op Board and the pain in the neck sponsor in the Bronx Supreme Court and the Appellate Division First Department.
