We met Mr. Volkan and Mr. Deniz in April 2025, when we sought their guidance to obtain a permanent residence permit (Green Card) for my mother. My mother had entered the U.S. on a tourist visa, and when we consulted Volkan Bey about the necessary procedures, she was already close to completing her si...x-month stay in the country. Everything was incredibly tight yet moved forward swiftly—running to consulates, waiting for civil registry documents from Turkey, and more. When I checked our case on the USCIS website in May, the estimated decision time was 15 months. In June, I was a little disappointed to see it had jumped to 41 months.
