In less than a year ...from filing I got my work permit and then my green card. They handled my case which was difficult to prove and I had no problems. They made it look easy. Hiring Mr.Gursoy was one of the best decisions both my husband and I ever made. After doing our first marriage interview for my green card, we thought everything went well and that the case would be approved. However 2 months after we received a letter for a stokes interview. We became worried as we ...were wondering what could have gone wrong. After consulting with other lawyers on the issue, we found Mr. Gursoy and decided to give it a try. After only the first consultation we realized the depth of his knowledge and experience as it relates to immigration matters. Provided by his advice leading up to the stokes interview, we were much more prepared and comfortable especially because our first interview did not go well as we did not have a lawyer. I must say that I developed great respect for him especially after the incident that took place during the interview. While doing so however the immigration officer was agitated by this and basically told Mr. Gursoy not to speak. Mr. Gursoy stood up for me and let the officer know that he has the right as my lawyer to clarify any misunderstandings or misinterpretations relative to any question and can provide his proof. As adamant as the officer was he displayed a professional attitude and expressed his rights as my legal representative. Throughout the rest of the interview I felt relaxed and well represented as nothing is more comforting than when you hire someone to do a job and they do it well and exceed your expectations. My case was approved in less than a week and got my green card within a couple weeks. I would definitely recommend Mr.Gursoy to anyone who needs a well experienced, knowledgable and outspoken attorney and what makes it even better is that he was not expensive at all.
