My husband of 14 years was picked up by immigration at 6:30am on October 22, 2012... in the middle of his sleep in our family home with our 11 year old son sleeping in the next room for a crime he committed almost 20 years ago. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 I received the greatest news from Mr. Gursoy. the judge reviewing my husbands deportation case decided to close his case. During the entire time we retained Mr. Gursoy he kept up up to date and well informed as to what was going to happen. If we needed a question asked and we called on a Saturday or Sunday and left a message he returned the call within 10 minutes and reassured us of our concern. We were so happy with him and his staff that we retained him to handle our bankruptcy case. I'd definitely refer Mr. Gursoy and his staff to others that are in need of an immigration attorney or bankruptcy attorney. He's very knowledgable.
