I'm so happy to have used Pauline Yeung-Ha as my parent's Elder Law and Estate Lawyer. I am an American born from parents of Chinese descent. My parents are elderly yet of sound mind. I wanted them to be able to understand the legalities in their native tongue. I wanted someone who would also und...erstand and respect my parents' and my perspectives culturally. Pauline was able to do that well and was very thorough and patient. She explained in Cantonese all the scenarios regarding their financials whether it be in a revocable vs an irrevocable trust, power of attorney and the importance of drawing up of proper wills. Most importantly she helped them protect their assets so that they will be able to receive Medicaid benefits and still have something to pass onto their grandchildren. The Law Firm has two locations; both convenient by public transportation should my parents need to make any changes. Both offices were friendly and efficient.
