I have been practicing immigration law since 2012. My legal practice is primarily focused on helping immigrants obtain legal status in the United States and defending those who face removal (deportation).
As part of my practice, I handle all immigration matters including:
My focus is on immigration law because it is something I know and that I am experienced in. I am confident in my abilities to handle some of the most difficult immigration cases. I am always honest with my clients and I tell them if I think that their case is difficult or they are not likely to succeed. I treat my clients the way I would want to be treated if I put my trust in the hands of a lawyer. Unlike the many unscrupulous immigration lawyers and notarios out there who exploit immigrants for their own personal gain, I treat each and every immigration client with the care and attention they deserve.
I treat each immigration case individually and I don't use templates or handle large volumes of cases that prevent me from meeting with each client one-on-one and putting in the best effort possible.
I also take a much more aggressive approach to handling immigration matters. I am not afraid to take a case to Federal Court if I believe that Immigration made a mistake. If you have a case that other lawyers have told you is hopeless or that other lawyers told you that you had no options then you should consider contacting me. I think outside the box and I consider more aggressive approaches that many other lawyers do not even consider an option.
Landlord-Tenant Law & Other Areas
While I primarily practice immigration law I also handle a great deal of landlord-tenant matters and as the owner of Alchemist Artists, LLC (a NYC based photography agency) I handle a lot of contracts work. You can contact me to help you with any of the following:

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
