Fantastic, Fabulous Lawyer!!!

A Great Fighter for Justice

When an outrageous dealership in Staten Island attempted to fraudulently jail my business partner for unauthorized use of one of their loaner vehicles we contacted attorney-at-law Neil S. Ruskin. Upon taking on our case, Mr. Ruskin went straight to work to make sure that my partner would not spend ev...en a split-second in jail. Mr. Ruskin patiently guided us through the arrest process and made sure my partner was released the very same day that she was arrested and booked. When the case was finally scheduled for trial the prosecutor's office could not move forward with their case because Mr. Ruskin had meticulously picked apart their arguments during the pre-trial hearings. On the 10th of July 2018, the prosecutor finally relented and agreed to dismiss the case "in the interest of justice." If you're seeking an attorney who is a natural-born fighter with a vigilant and aggressive defense strategy then Mr. Ruskin is the man to have in your corner. Instead of playing possum, he took the fight to our adversary and was relentless in his pursuit of justice. GREAT LAWYER

My wife called the police and made a false report for domestic violence. After reviewing different attorneys, I called Neil Ruskin to explain the circumstances of my situation. Neil Ruskin was a true professional and seasoned veteran and immediately made me feel comfortable. He took my many phone cal...ls to update me on his conversations with the detectives. He contacted the detectives to schedule a time for me to turn myself in at 8am. He told me he would meet me at 6pm at Queens County Court. He was promptly at the courthouse at 6pm, where he met with my mother and father and made them feel comfortable as well. My file was not processed until 8:15pm. After my file was processed, I was quickly whisked through the interview room holding cell and the final cell prior to seeing the judge before night court went on break at 9pm. I was the LAST person seen before night court went on break at 9pm and it was ALL because Neil fought hard for me to get out quickly (even the correction officers inside laughed at how fast I went to the front of the line once my file was processed). Neil Ruskin is a class act and you will enjoy speaking to him and hearing his stories. Moving forward, Neil will be representing me in court, where I am being charged for a Class A misdemeanor assault. I will follow up with this forum on the pending case and Neil's performance. If Neil's performance during my processing is any indication, he will be a staunch fighter for me and I can sleep better knowing I hired Neil Ruskin as my attorney. Great attorney, even better person, and I can't thank him enough!
