New York City's Best Lawyer!

I cannot begin to thank Niel enough. He has helped my husband & I with several cases & when I say he knows what he's doing he really does. He is a very smart man, he knows how to speak to the judge, he knows exactly what is going to happen in the court room & he even helped give us $100 to pay for ba...il! What lawyer do you know who would do that? The state lied against my husband and Niel told them off in the court room and proved my husband's innocence while the state just wanted to pin someone down to close their case. Thank you Niel for getting to know my family, for helping us, guiding us while we were lost & keeping my husband with our two boys & I.

Neil is a lifesaver

I was in a terrible accident and was falsely accused of a DWI, my mother called neil at 3 am and he was available and willing to help right away, we retained him and he came to get me out immediately, words cannot describe how competent and effective Neil is as an attorney and he has been going abov...e and beyond to fight my case and get me a favorable outcome which he has already accomplished thus far.

Extraordinary Lawyer

My Mother found NEIL Ruskin on AVVO , after hearing i was arrested. My mother called Neil at 4am . Neil called back emedietly .and told my mother he would call back at 8am to make arrangements. Neil called back at 8am and told her to come to his office at 12pm , my mom met Neil at his office at 12pm ....Neil called the court and at 230 pm went to court with my mom to check on the case. Neil sat with my mom in court till 10pm when i saw the judge. Neil argued the case and i was released without bail. Neil told me after speaking with me that i am innocent and that he will fight to get the case dismissed . Neil is a dedicated honest lawyer full of confidence and knowledge. I am confident that Neil is the right lawyer for me . i liked Neil emedietly and convinced I made the right choice .

Great Lawyer

I hired Neil Rusking to represent my boyfriend. my boyfriend was arrested on false charges. The police came to my house and arrested him based upon false information . He did nothing wrong and was taking to court. Neil assured us the he will fight and win, he assures ya that he will get the case dism...issed. Neil is honest and sincere. His word is trustworthy. I am glad that we found Neil on Avvo. We are convince that he is the right lawyer and that he will get the case dismissed and seal. I am beyond happy I found him.

Neil is a genius

Neil handled my entire case from the start with a can do attitude and faught for me and my rights. He was able to completely dismiss all the charges posted against me. He is the real deal attorney and everyone in the court room knows him. Don't settle for some weak attorney that's still learning the ...ropes. Neil even coached the other attorneys present through the process. I'm very satisfied A+
