Excellent Lawyer

I will begin this review by saying we are very pleased we chose ,Mr. Weiss as our foreclosure/quiet title attorney. It was one of the best decisions we made. He was patient ,kind and informative. He addressed every concern we had pertaining to our court proceedings. He was very helpful through the wh...ole court process and informed us step by step ,At the end of it all our home was successfully quiet titled and have our home free and clear from the fraudulent people who tried to take our home from us. we would recommend anyone to Weiss and Associates you will not regret it.

Review and Recommendation for Thomas Weiss & Associates, P.C. Very professional firm with highly competent attorneys

I contacted Thomas Weiss & Associates, P.C. after I had an extremely unpleasant experience with another firm located in Manhattan. After I retained Lindsay Boorman to continue and to resolve a personal matter, I could not have been more impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and responsiven...ess. She replied to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner and provided invaluable advice. Even during weekends and holidays, she would check in with a quick phone call if there were any open items to discuss. In addition, her office is located right near the courthouse and it enabled her to attend all court dates. This is of utmost importance as court dates need to be followed to move along a case smoothly. I sincerely felt that she was working for my best interest every step of the way. Lindsay went above and beyond to get the job done well. She instilled my trust and confidence during a difficult time. I would not hesitate to retain her services again. Weiss Will Win!

I had a car accident, and even though I had excellent coverage with a reputable company, knowing how litigious our society is gave me qualms that I would be personally sued. I sought advice from my cousin, Thomas Weiss. He reviewed the facts of the case with me and he never hesitated to quell my fea...rs. His advice was reassuring and in the end, right on point. When I bought a house, Mr. Weiss handled the closing procedures. He was always professional and extremely knowledgeable about any matters that came up. I am also part of an animal rescue group. When I had questions related to non-profit organizations and litigation, Thomas gave me outstanding advice.
