Perez I was in dire need of a trusted, reliable, professional, and highly experienced attorney to represent me for a recent house closing. I was looking for a personal / professional recommendation which I found in my ...trusted real estate broker; she only recommended one attorney which was Ms. Samildre Perez to represent me for my house closing. Let me begin by saying that I am a senior citizen, and I am 72 years young. Over the years I have worked with many, many types of attorneys. I am writing this recommendation voluntarily because in my humble opinion Ms. Perez is heads above any other attorney that I have ever worked with over the years. She represented me at my house closing, and did a great job. She was fully prepared with all related subject matter on me, and all of my paperwork which turned out to be involved regarding besides house closing papers, there were complex tax issues, and legal issues as well. The house closing lasted approximately three plus hours. In all of that time, which seemed like an eternity to me, Ms. Perez remained cool under pressure, she was highly professional , corporate, and articulate, and as it turned out she was an expert on her real estate subject matter. Because of Ms. Perez, my house closing was successful, and the entire process went smoothly a few months ago. That could be the end of the story, but its not. This week, more specifically it was late on a Friday afternoon, my son had an extremely important legal issue, time was a major factor, the proverbial clock was ticking. As it turned out, my son had not gone to my house closing, so he did not know Ms. Perez. He tried frantically to call a big list of attorneys that he personally knew, not one, I repeat not one returned his many phone calls. He then told me about his pressing legal problem - and without hesitating I made only one phone call to Ms. Perez. I fully explained my son's legal problem, and how time was an important factor. Because of the urgency of my son's legal problem, Ms. Perez who as it turned out was very busy, with many other clients cases - put them all on the side to help my son in his time of need. Ms. Perez immediately took charge of the situation - she made a three way conference phone to the Bank representative, I gave the Bank permission to talk to Ms. Perez and for Ms. Perez to represent my son. The Bank felt confident enough after talking to her, and they then went ahead and faxed all of the paperwork to Ms, Perez. After getting off with the Bank, Ms. Perez said that she would then work on the paperwork, and get back to me first thing on the following Monday. I want all current, and future readers of this website to know how I deeply feel about Ms. Samildre ( Sami ) R. Perez. She is at the very peak of her highly distinguished legal career.
