Extremely unorganized and has an oh well attitude when he is caught messing up. Left things out of my Settlement Agreement which cost me $ and 1 thing I caught and informed him. He then turned around and charged me for reviewing docs about it and charged me which I questioned and was reversed. Concer...ned more about opposing counsel getting in trouble with judge than his own client's best interest. I lost a lot of $ in my settlement due to his lack of preparedness.
