Atty. Zev Goldstein is the most professional lawyer who knows how to handle different cases. He saved my daughter when she had an accident and got two tickets. Both tickets were dismissed. I had called a number of lawyers who wanted money up front and were not telling me very much. When I spoke with Zev, he looked through his files and confirmed that he did indeed have previous experience in the geographical area I was dealing with. He also explained to me his proposed course of action.... He provided an honest opinion as to the likelihood of success. The mere fact that he explained that it would be difficult actually put me at ease as I finally felt as though I was dealing with someone who had my best interests in mind and who would be open and forthright. Zev kept in contact with me regularly. I never had to chase. And low and behold, Zev achieved the exact thing he said he would do his best to do. This was an incredibly stressful situation for me, but I truly felt I was in good hands all along once I had retained Zev.

Got a speeding ticket on the NY 17 West (more than 30mph over the limit), & also ticket for uninspected vehicle...Mr. Goldstein worked miracles, ended up paying $240 fine( what could have been over $1,000), & only 2 non violation points which doesn't affect my insurance ( could have been 8 points on... the license!). The second ticket was dismissed! (had the vehicle inspected afterwards of course) Needless to say I'm very grateful for Mr. Goldstein's prompt , courteous & professional help, would definitely recommend his services!....& I learnt my lesson, I do not speed anymore!

We came upon Mr. Goldstein by chance - I had my secretary look for someone who could handle the New York City Administrative Court System (a kangaroo court if there ever was one where motorists' adjudication rights are different/fewer there than in the rest of New York State!), and thankfully she fou...nd him! Dealing with Zev, Dina, and his staff was a pleasure, and was all handled effortlessly,professionally, and quickly -- all the paperwork and materials were submitted, his very reasonable fee paid by credit card, and confirmation materials sent back in about a day. From that point on, Zev dealt with the horrid NYC TVB "Court" System, and managed to get the ticket dismissed! In my work I have to deal with legal matters and thus attorneys on a regular basis, and rarely has the process been so well handled with so little demands on my time (which was pretty much none!). And, although it wasn't applicable in my specific case, considering all the fees, surcharges, "driver improvement" (read: "we're broke and we need even more money") assessments, and whatever else the State of New York seems to have no problem piling on the tickets they write, I recommend seeking competent representation such as Zev's to give you the best odds that the State of New York doesn't manage to yet again part another motorist with their money!
