Worked on my workers comp case and I never had to worry about anything! He handled everything from getting all my bills covered right up until my settlement with very little effort on my part. Hopefully will not have to, but would definitely use him again if need be and would highly recommend him!
Excellent attorney for my workers compensation case
Scott has been working on my case since 2013 after I sustained a serious workplace injury. From the moment he started working with me I knew he was an excellent attorney. He was very knowledgeable and fought for me through the entire court process, and has won on every level. I was very impressed with his style and intelligence. Because of the seriousness of my injury, Scott was able to win me a settlement granting me workers compensation payments for the rest of my life. I highly recommend Scott to anybody that needs a great attorney. He is the best that I know of.
I have spent my legal career concentrating in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Social Security Disability. Â I am dedicated to helping those who have been injured and require legal help.
I was formerly associated with a prestigious New York City law firm, where I worked directly with many of the top trial attorneys in New York as rated by New York Magazine.Â
I was lead attorney in a complex case involving a commercial diver who sustained severe brain secured a settlement of $15,000, for the diver and his family. Details of this case can be found in our reported cases section.
Through the years I have developed a diverse clientele, which includes police officers, judges, firefighters, teachers, plumbers, construction workers, and postal workers. I represent many of these clients throughout New York State in Orange County, Rockland County, Westchester County, and the five boroughs.Â
I am passionate about what I do. Â I come from a familiy of attorneys. Â My father was a Judge, so I know the inner workings of the Court system and use that to my client's advantage. Â
I do not have the ability to heal, but I do have the ability to help you through the legal process in a way to maximize the monetary recovery you may be entitled to receive. Â Â

Employer side: Workers compensation case
When dealing with a workers compensation case especially being an employer, I've heard many stories that the chance for an employer to win a workers compensation case is very slim. My perception of this changed when I met Scott Frendell. First of all he was very attentive and professional. Besides being straightforward with me he presented me with the hard facts that this would not be an easy case to win. Employer cases are nearly impossible to win. With Scotts
experience, right preparation and facts, he was able to make me the 1% of the 99% impossible cases to win. Whoever hires Scott as their attorney would be more than satisfied with his services.

Brooklyn Workers Comp Case
I was recommended to Mr. Frendel through another lawyer and am very happy to say that it has been great working with him and his staff. He responds very quickly to my phone calls and emails of which I am very happy with as one of my concerns was always being able to access him at any time.
I would recommend him for a lawyer anytime.

SSD & Workers Comp
Dealing with the Social Security Administration & Workers Comp insurance companies can be nerve-racking to say the least. Fortunately for me I hired Scott and he has recently settled my SSD case with a favorable outcome. His hard work, knowledge and dedication makes the process flow smoothly. My WC case is still pending but knowing I have Scott in my corner, I know my case will be settled when the time right. I highly recommend Scott for your SSD and/or WC case.

Worker's Compensation Case? It's not even close! Hired!
Scott Frendel has been awesome.
Four + years! Worker's Compensation is exhausting. If you've gone through it, then you know. If you are going through it now, you're finding out. DON"T do it alone. DON'T do it without the RIGHT representation. Scott Frendel of Braunfotel & Frendel. Period.
Scott Frendel came highly recommended to me and that recommendation has been invaluable. Like everyone else out there, you've heard how frustrating the Worker's Comp system is to navigate:
* How long it takes to gets answers or explanations.
* How the worker always gets screwed.
* How most of the time, the worker without an attorney, just gives up on their claim, their rights and their future.
That doesn't have to be YOU! It won't be with Scott Frendel.
From phone call 1, the process was quick, informative and easy. I spoke with Scott within minutes of my initial call and had a Representation Agreement e-mailed or faxed (it's been more than four years...who can remember with technology changes) within minutes. Of course, now your employer's position toward you changes almost immediately. It's okay. You are represented!
Here is what SOLD me on Scott Frendel; History is on his side. He told me his father was a former WC Judge. Scott himself has vast experience representing the Employer and the Employee. Perfect! Scott knows how both sides can and do attack the other. Plus, the experience gained by having a father for a judge? Enough said.
I was thinking about something on the ride home yesterday from my latest WC Hearing. At this point there have probably been a dozen. How many more? Dunno, hard to say. But, this is clear: At EVERY hearing we have walked away with decision after decision in our favor. Why? How? They say, "Chance favors the prepared mind." Ever hear that?
Scott is always prepared. He knows what points we can win for the day. Which we need to NOT present on that day. Scott comes prepared to win, and wins. Which means You win! In the Courtroom, Scott speaks the least and wins the most. Scott always has me informed before and after each hearing.
How would I describe Scott Frendel? TENACIOUS, (when needed.) Blunt. Honest. Dedicated, Hard-working. Knowledgeable. Smart. Funny. Understanding. Compassionate. Prepared. Busy. Worthy of your trust.
Okay, enough, enough. I am sure there are some good lawyers out there. You can't afford Good. It's just that simple. You can't afford Good. Scott Frendel is 'My Guy.' If you are at the beginning of, or in the midst of a Worker's Compensation case, do yourself and your family right. Hire Scott Frendel.
