Excellent Attorney

Professional, Experienced, Knowledgeable, In August 2019 an SUV that turned illegally hit and injured me while I was cycling. When I learned that my most severe injury, a torn rotator cuff tear, would require surgery I contacted the law firm of Robert Fellows, aware of their excellent reputation.... Both Robert Fellows and his professional staff have been assisting me every step of the way. Robert Fellows was able to overturn an independent medical exam doctor report denying me further PT after learning the doctor had advised me further PT was needed. I was then able to continue with the physical therapy I needed for my recovery. Although Covid may have brought the court system to its knees, Mr. Fellows has not slowed down. He continues to fight the insurance company and keeps me informed of his progress. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone who is injured.

Professional, helpful, and effective

Mr. Robert Fellows handled my accident claim in a timely and efficient manner. He, or one of his staff, was readily available to answer questions, provide important information, and keep track of my case while it was pending. He negotiated a settlement that was reasonable and close to the maximum pos...sible. The respect of his colleagues and clients is easily explained. I would definitely recommend Mr. Fellows and his firm to anyone whose situation might benefit from their expertise.
