My husband and I were looking for an attorney to guide us in my marriage-based immigration. Every immigration attorney we spoke to had different thoughts and understandings on the subject. Attorneys ranged from not being up to date with current regulation changes, to “I’ve got 30 years of law experie...nce” (but not necessarily immigration experience, after meeting Pouyan we learned that we were meeting a lot of “dabblers” of Immigration Law). By the time we had our run around trying to find an attorney, and time running out, we felt pretty lost and hopeless of our situation, but we found Pouyan! He made everything so streamlined, explained everything in layman’s terms, my husband and I felt confident with Pouyan’s information and approach. Not to mention his fee was very reasonable for the amount of work he put for us. We were so nervous and unsure of what to expect during this process especially when immigration laws seemed to be changing so rapidly. But that fear soon faded after meeting Pouyan. He is extremely dedicated to his craft, and a true professional. He’s updated on the day to day changes in laws and regulations while maintaining great client relationship. The immigration interview was a breeze thanks to him! We only have good things to say about Pouyan. If you are looking for an attorney to assist you with immigration, look no further! I called Darian because of my wife's green card was denied. He spoke with me for around 40 minutes on the phone (for free, without a consultation) and told me exactly why he thought the case was denied and what I needed to do to fix the situation. Darian said that he can help me over the phone and sa...id that if I wanted to come in for an official consultation, the price would be $100 and that he would spend as much time as necessary to answer all of my questions. I'm definitely going to hire Mr. Darian to do my wife's green card application once I get my documents together. For what it's worth, I spent hundreds on consultations with other attorneys who wouldn't speak a word to me without first receiving their consultation fee, which is reasonable. But Mr. Darian took the time and never even mentioned money during out 40-minute call, which says a lot, and is the reason why I'm writing this review. He also briefly mentioned that all of his fees are flat-rate and that he can work with me on a flexible payment plan, which I will surely require.

I don't usually write reviews but feel that this one is warranted. I called several attorneys including Mr. Darian to ask some general questions about applying for a green card for my wife. Every other law office that I called told me that they would not answer questions over the phone and that I wou...ld have to pay for a consultation to speak with an attorney. Mr. Darian was in court when I called his office but he called personally me back an hour later and spent 25 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions. He even gave me guidance on how to avoid some common pitfalls should I decide to navigate the process by myself without an attorney, and followed up our phone call with an email that contained a list of documents that I should begin to gather. He told me that if I wanted to come in to the office to meet for a consultation (which has no time limit!), the cost would be $100 and that $100 would be credited toward any legal fee. If we decide to use an attorney for this process, we're definitely going to use Mr. Darian's office.

This review is for Darian Stout LLC Immigration law firm. Attorney Pouyan Darian is excellent and professional. My husband was faced with deportation. His attorney was strategic in planning how to get his case dismissed. This case was challenging with little option to get his removal dismissed. Bu...t Attorney Pouyan Darian works diligently on his case and with his creative argument, the case was closed. He is a blessing to our family. This law firm is 100% top notch with everything they did from start to finish. They provided us with an excellent representation that I hired them again to renew my husband Alien card that had expired. With his professionalism and creative argument, my husband was not deported. Attorney Pouyan Darian works on facilitating my husband transfer to post aftercare discharge from prison. Their fees are reasonable lower than others. The work done on my husband immigration case surpasses the original agreement. He informs us of all the fees before the contract signed, and there were no unexpected expenses as many law firms tend to do. There is nothing I would improve with this company. They work with us on a payment plan. I can’t say anything negative about this law firm. Nothing I would change. They are not Money Hungry. We had no communication about money after the contract signed. They are the best, and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
