Mr. Darian is a kind, patient and compassionate attorney. It is not common to feel like your attorney is your friend. My immigration details are challenging and Mr. Darian continues to hold my hand throughout this otherwise stressful experience. I called Darian because of my wife's green card was denied. He spoke with me for around 40 minutes on the phone (for free, without a consultation) and told me exactly why he thought the case was denied and what I needed to do to fix the situation. Darian said that he can help me over the phone and sa...id that if I wanted to come in for an official consultation, the price would be $100 and that he would spend as much time as necessary to answer all of my questions. I'm definitely going to hire Mr. Darian to do my wife's green card application once I get my documents together. For what it's worth, I spent hundreds on consultations with other attorneys who wouldn't speak a word to me without first receiving their consultation fee, which is reasonable. But Mr. Darian took the time and never even mentioned money during out 40-minute call, which says a lot, and is the reason why I'm writing this review. He also briefly mentioned that all of his fees are flat-rate and that he can work with me on a flexible payment plan, which I will surely require.

Mr. Darian helped me with a serious immigration case in a very professional and efficient way. He was available on short notices from the beginning of the case and followed up every step of the process with great accuracy and diligence. His provided specific and honest guidelines. I reached out to Pouyan regarding a question about visa issues. From the beginning, he was courteous and easy to talk to. He was not only knowledgeable about the subject matter, but even went the extra step to double check his initial instincts in a thorough and detailed manner. His checking proved h...is instincts correct, but as someone with next to zero knowledge of immigration law, it was extremely helpful of him to explain why it was by walking me through the actual rules. I also appreciated the fact that he was very honest in his assessment of the situation, and he did not sugarcoat anything. I would absolutely use Pouyan again if such a situation arises where I need legal advice around immigration!

I don't usually write reviews but feel that this one is warranted. I called several attorneys including Mr. Darian to ask some general questions about applying for a green card for my wife. Every other law office that I called told me that they would not answer questions over the phone and that I wou...ld have to pay for a consultation to speak with an attorney. Mr. Darian was in court when I called his office but he called personally me back an hour later and spent 25 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions. He even gave me guidance on how to avoid some common pitfalls should I decide to navigate the process by myself without an attorney, and followed up our phone call with an email that contained a list of documents that I should begin to gather. He told me that if I wanted to come in to the office to meet for a consultation (which has no time limit!), the cost would be $100 and that $100 would be credited toward any legal fee. If we decide to use an attorney for this process, we're definitely going to use Mr. Darian's office.
