He was not only knowledgeable about the subject matter, but even went the extra step to double check his initial instincts in a thorough and detailed manner. His checking proved h...is instincts correct, but as someone with next to zero knowledge of immigration law, it was extremely helpful of him to explain why it was by walking me through the actual rules. I also appreciated the fact that he was very honest in his assessment of the situation, and he did not sugarcoat anything. I would absolutely use Pouyan again if such a situation arises where I need legal advice around immigration!

I don't usually write reviews but feel that this one is warranted. I called several attorneys including Mr. Darian to ask some general questions about applying for a green card for my wife. Every other law office that I called told me that they would not answer questions over the phone and that I wou...ld have to pay for a consultation to speak with an attorney. Mr. Darian was in court when I called his office but he called personally me back an hour later and spent 25 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions. He even gave me guidance on how to avoid some common pitfalls should I decide to navigate the process by myself without an attorney, and followed up our phone call with an email that contained a list of documents that I should begin to gather. He told me that if I wanted to come in to the office to meet for a consultation (which has no time limit!), the cost would be $100 and that $100 would be credited toward any legal fee. If we decide to use an attorney for this process, we're definitely going to use Mr. Darian's office.

Pouyan was very professional throughout my complicated 1.5 year long Immigrant Visa process. He provided great guidance and reliable information for my complex situation as I was living not in my country of citizen during the process and I lived several different countries before which put me in the ...position that I had to get documents from different countries and translate them. Finding out what kind of documents should be collected from where, how the translation had to be done etc. He made sure we went word by word for the translations so they would be accepted. It was not easy process but now I am holding my CR1 already on my passport! This would not have happened without Pouyan support or it would take many years for me to figure out.
