I thought I was in love with the lady that I've been dating online through video chats and numerous messaging over the past year and, I decided to find a way to get her over here to America after, she had told me that, she had trouble on ...numerous occasions in, getting over here to America. I contacted Mr. Darian and his staff about the situation. I told Mr. Darian that, she had documents and a boarding pass to, come to America but, was denied numerous times. I sent copies of the documents to Mr. Darian for review and consultation of, reasoning why she cannot get into America with the documents. After Mr. Darian and, his assistant Ms. Madeline reviewed the documents, they was so nice, kind and, gentle in informing me that, these documents was not real and, the tricks that people from other countries try to use in, getting themselves over here to America. I was considering taking a trip to Brazil, South America to meet and marry the lady that, I wanted to live here with me as, husband and wife in America. But, my eyes opened up when Mr. Darien and Ms. Madeline showed me that, the documents were fake and, I was being used to get a person over here to, America under false pretenses and, by whatever means they seem necessary. And, yet they knew how I would feel and, I still appreciate the delicacy that they use in telling me this. They save me a lot of money and, was very kind and knowledgeable of, immigration and, the immigration laws not, just here in the United States but abroad as well. A very knowledgeable firm and, I would recommend them to anyone that has immigration problems that needs to be address, advise and, consulted on. My deepest thanks to Mr. Pouyan A. I called Darian because of my wife's green card was denied. He spoke with me for around 40 minutes on the phone (for free, without a consultation) and told me exactly why he thought the case was denied and what I needed to do to fix the situation. Darian said that he can help me over the phone and sa...id that if I wanted to come in for an official consultation, the price would be $100 and that he would spend as much time as necessary to answer all of my questions. I'm definitely going to hire Mr. Darian to do my wife's green card application once I get my documents together. For what it's worth, I spent hundreds on consultations with other attorneys who wouldn't speak a word to me without first receiving their consultation fee, which is reasonable. But Mr. Darian took the time and never even mentioned money during out 40-minute call, which says a lot, and is the reason why I'm writing this review. He also briefly mentioned that all of his fees are flat-rate and that he can work with me on a flexible payment plan, which I will surely require.
