I was very skeptical about my husband using a lawyer to file papers to adjust his status. "I can do it for you!" "It's easy." "A lawyer would be too expensive." Well... Thank God he didn't listen to me. I had no idea that the amount of paperwork, time and overall, running around, required would be to...o much for a pregnant mother of a 1-year old toddler to handle. Darian was great. He was reassuring, always willing to answer my husband's thousand and one's questions, patient and seemed to really be concerned about our unique situation. It took a year, but thanks to him, my husband is finally a green card holder; and, for that, our family is grateful!
