A business partner of mine was sued over a small mortgage which the prior owner of his property held. He had paid for many years and the prior owner disputed his obligation to maintain the property under a lease between the prior owner and the new owner. The prior owner simply wanted to use the property at no cost even though the lease required him to pay maintenance, but the mortgage did not.
Complicated, confusing and in Orange County. Burt Blustein, was, is and hopefully will be for many years, the most focused, apt and excellent mind and worker I have met and had the pleasure of using in many, many years.
I simply always feel that he is truly in the fight with us and he is as clear with us as he has been with the opponents in the litigation.
I have no doubt he is the best litigator I've found north of NYC.
He probably knows a lot of other stuff too, but I've only used him for this matter.
