We hired Mr. Robert Virasin to lead our application for a US spousal visa for my wife. She is a Myanmar citizen and was staying in Thailand at the time. Neither of us had much knowledge of the application process. Robert handled each step and gave clear instructions when we needed to submit suppo...rting documents. While in Thailand I spoke to 3 different visa businesses before talking with a representative in Roberts employ. It was always difficult to understand the process because they didn't speak english very well and the translation, done by my wife, was little assistance because she isn't fluent. We alw...ays left with my wife expressing her doubts about the legitimacy of those businesses.
