I approached Mr. Virasin with my immigration case. We are a same sex couple seeking a K-1 visa. We had been denied once and were facing a second denial. We received a NOID (notice of intent to deny) on the second application. We were told by many people that this is almost impossible to overturn.... I used a different attorney for our first K-1 attempt. That did not go well. I was searching for someone special this time. Someone with knowledge of the system. If you hire Mr. Virasin you won't regret it. I will continue with him for adjustment of status here in the USA. No need to look anywhere else for me.
