While in Thailand I spoke to 3 different visa businesses before talking with a representative in Roberts employ. It was always difficult to understand the process because they didn't speak english very well and the translation, done by my wife, was little assistance because she isn't fluent. I hired Robert Virasin in 2018 to help my fiancée and her daughter get immigrant visas for entering the USA. I approached Mr. Virasin with my immigration case. We are a same sex couple seeking a K-1 visa. We had been denied once and were facing a second denial. We received a NOID (notice of intent to deny) on the second application. We were told by many people that this is almost impossible to overturn.... I used a different attorney for our first K-1 attempt. That did not go well. I was searching for someone special this time. Someone with knowledge of the system.
