Our company hired Mr. Sanchala to assist in a complex Labor Department investigation. The case could have harmed our business in a substantial way. Tejash worked with our team in a professional manner and was able to resolve the case positively. We are very happy with Tejash's work and would recommend him to others.

I hired Tejash because I needed a competent lawyer to answer questions and to provide reassurance. He provided both these things and more, and I would strongly recommend him in the area of employment law.

Tejash negotiated the terms of my severance package. He helped eliminate my existing non-compete provision so I could work for my new employer in the finance industry. This was critical for me and my family. My former employer was trying to stop me from working and I was going to be unemployed. His counsel was tremendous. I highly recommend him.

I endorse this lawyer. I have known Tejash for a number of years. He is very involved with Westchester's legal community and donates his time to worthy causes. He and I both limit our law practices to employment law. He occasionally represents employers as well as employees. I think that makes him a better lawyer. He can see both sides. He will not give you a tunnel vision opinion. I would not be offended if a client decided to hire him instead of me and my guess is he would say the same. No one lawyer can or should represent every potential client. Years ago a book store owner told me that. Our personalities differ. You might not marry your best friend's spouse if you had the chance and neither should you necessarily retain a lawyer who your friend used. Ending up in a long, drawn out litigation with your own lawyer clashing with you might feel like you're fighting both sides or living a bad marriage.

A consummate professional; diligent, hardworking, and knowledgable. There is no other attorney I would want in any matter concerning employment and labor law. I have referred clients to Tejash before and will continue to do so, without hesitation.
