My name is Carlos Diego Pereyra. I live in Florida but was on vacation in New York for 10 days. Unfortunately I got two tickets that I deserve,. One in Upstate New York the other Taconic State Parkway because I drive too fast. The tickets that they give me gave points to my license. I called all the ...lawyers I could find online and the first thing they would ask me would be for my credit card information. I finally contacted Michael Palumbo and left him a message. He quickly got back to me and didn't ask me for any credit card information but said just enjoy the rest of your vacation and when you get back to Florida send me all the information and I will get to work. Not only did he take away the points off my license but I did not have to pay the full amount only a parking and civil ticket (which he was able to change). I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY MR. PALUMBO HANDLED A SPEEDING TICKET FOR MY CLIENT. I DIDN'T EXPECT THE SPEEDING TICKET, WHICH WAS RECEIVED ON (I-87). TO BE RESOLVED WITHIN A MATTER OF 3 WEEKS AND DISMISSED. I LIKE THE FACT THAT MR. Mr. Palumbo contacted me and when I called he answered the phone. He advised me of the information I needed to provide him with. I did and within a month the case was settled and no points were applied. He thought I could get a lesser charge but no guarantee. He got the lesser charge and fine was... paid and done. Awesome! Thanks for the help it was worth every penny. :)
