Excellent attorney.

I have used Mr Palumbo three times and he has been a pleasure to work with. He has had my tickets dismissed, kept me updated on all events, and is always available whenever I need him. He is excellent and I will continue to use him as my attorney. I have used multiple attorneys in the past and none h...ave been as available, and successful as Mr. Palumbo.

Great job by Michael Palumbo

Mr. Palumbo helped me with a traffic case that, without his help, could have gone very badly for me. Instead, he dealt with it swiftly and expertly, and the case came to a much happier resolution. Thanks, Mike!

Sppeding Ticket

Once you give him all the documents, he takes care of everything till the end of the case. All you may have to do in the end is pay some fines via mail. The only thing I thought he could have done better is that he could have kept me better informed. However, it is not a big issue as he gets everyth...ing done perfectly :)

A Positive Result and a Positive User Experience

It is most difficult to engage with someone you have never personally met. Readers of this review will be in the same position I was a few months ago, when I was asking myself whether it was worth challenging my speeding ticket. I was suggested by a friend to do so, and I utilized other reviews on...line to try Mr. Palumbo's services. I first called, and found him to be clear and convincing. His office has a very efficient process of gathering information, and I sent in the payment. On a couple occasions I emailed their office for updates, and astonishingly received responses in minutes (your mileage may vary). I followed the advice of other reviewers to wait for the due process, which does take a couple months. Yesterday I did receive a positive result which requires me to still pay a speeding fine, but no points have been assessed on my license. Overall this is what I was trusting for, and what indeed happened. Suggestion to others -- get your paperwork in early. You stand a better chance of not running into the end of your ability to appeal. Thanks Michael!

Great job Michael. Thanks for handling this matter for me.

I was facing a potential 9 points for two different violations as noted below. In the end I walked away with 2pts for failure to obey a traffic control device and a parking ticket. I never had to go to court or miss work. I was kept up to date with emails throughout the process. Great job! We ...resolved your ticket in Patterson Town Court with a plea from the charge of failure to yield / emergency vehicle 3 points to the charge of a 0 point town parking ticket. Plead guilty to 1110a. 2 pts, $100 + $85 fine, charge was a 6 point speed. Two weeks to pay; cash in person or postal money order via mail.
