Michael's office did a great job, they dismissed my ticket in NYC, which with new laws brings severe penalties if found guilty. Due to the way the system is set up in NYC, you're either guilty or not, there is no room to negotiate. Was traveling eastbound on I84 in the Town of Patterson, Putman County, NY. I came around a curve and saw a New York State Police car on the side of the road with his emergency lights flashing. There was no one in front or behind him, he was sitting alone. I had enough time to slow down and pull o...ver a little before I passed him. 30 seconds later he was in my rear view, pulling me over and issued me a failure to move over ticket. Did not pull fully over to the left lane. This was the first time I have been pulled over in 25 years. I am so "Happy", the case was won! The ticket was a sham, just another speed trap.
