I found Mike Palumbo online and called when I was faced with non-renewal of insurance because of a suspension on two tickets in upstate New York. He got me the information I needed me within the hour, told me what to do and how to handle everything most expeditiously, and on top of it referred me to... to an insurance agent who could place my insurance.
