Mr. Palumbo's firm was able to convert what would have been an extremely punitive traffic fine to a charge with a much more reasonable penalty with no impact to my driving record and insurance premiums. He has an office full of very professional people who were an absolute joy to encounter. They ma...de the process painless in comparison to dealing directly with the municipal prosecutor's office. I would recommend him to anyone with a traffic law issue in Western New York without hesitation.

I was a little/very hesitant in hiring a lawyer for my speeding ticket. I called a couple of lawyers in the area of Rhinebeck, and Michael personally called me later in the afternoon to introduce himself and make sure everything was explained to me. At that point, I decided to hire his firm. I... just found out that they were able to get the ticket reduced to a parking fine. Very awesome and well worth the cost. I am from New Jersey and have never been to Vermont before.My girlfriend got us reservations for a bed and breakfast up there in November.Driving through one of the small towns up there I was pulled over by a police officer for speeding.No excuses but was generally going with the rest of the traffic ...and didn't think I was speeding.Speed signs change very quickly from area to area and wasn't familiar with the area..I contacted Michael by Google search as his reviews were fantastic.He got back to me very quickly and we took it from there. There is a term, "you get what you pay for". I discussed my situation with Mr Palumbo and he gave me the layout of what were going to have to do to rectify my situation. We then discussed the price and though it was not cheap, I was still going to save some big bucks in insurance if things went my wa...y. He told me that we had a good shot, but nothing is 100%. Well, he got my case overturned and I am in the process of clearing things up with my insurance and getting refunded. Very happy camper. Thant you Mike Palumbo!
